I acted as a scarecrow at the fear factory haunted house, I ensured guest safety while also keeping high levels of energy to portray my role safely and efficiently. Using techniques and skills such as high amounts of vocalizations and large moves without making physical contact with guests.

I followed state mandated food safety guidelines while scooping various ice creams and making milkshakes/drinks. I also ensured that the store was cleaned thoroughly and regularly. I provided great customer service and assisted customers in a timely manner.

I made sure ride enclosures and stations were always clean as to not effect ride operations. I also made sure that every guest coming through ride lines had a properly placed hand stamp to show they paid to be in the park. I spent the vast majority of my day making sure every person guest or colleague was having an enjoyable experience. I also enforced height and age requirements on rides and attractions to ensure guest safety.
