hiking, trekking, camping, fishing, exercising , martial arts, reading, cooking, video games

These are things I enjoy and actively do. Some such as hiking and fishing are for exercise and relaxation. Cooking is something i learned as a child and have always enjoyed it.  Martial arts i started when i was 8 and have continued to train with my grand masters and even teach other students. Video games are fun and a source of entertainment for myself and relaxing. They also build hand eye and thinking skills. I enjoy exercise to help maintain a functioning body mind and spirit.
