- Going into the freezer to pull out breads on the racks to the respective packers on the floor
- Taking out the tickets off the racks and making relevant entries appropriately from the relevant tickets picked to the freezer log sheet
- Packing of breads from the racks into the boxes and dropping it on the packing sealing machine line accordingly
- Stacking of sealed breads in the boxes on the pallet for shipment
- Using hand and sit-down forklift to move the stacked bread boxes on the pallets to the freezer to seal for shipment
