I started with Goodyear in 2012 as a customer advisor, within 2 years i was promoted to Assistant service manager. I reported directly to a highly experienced "40+ years" Service Manager Gary Mchone. Once Gary retired I was promoted to Service Manager, and held that position for 3 years before being promoted to Store manager. I Managed for 3 1/2 years before deciding to change career path and focus on what I have always been drawn to.
