Perform discussions with employees concerning work performance, administer discipline when appropriate and handle Step Two Grievances. Monitor employee absences, ensure that all work assignments are filled, monitor the Division overtime and ensure that all established objectives are met. Constant collaboration with management counterparts from different departments to achieve desired WMATA goals. Serves as the facilitator/RTRA lead for railyard specific LSC/FSC monthly meetings. Participate in multiple interview sessions for Train Operator and Station Manager candidates. Other duties include facilitating joint BTRA/RTRA Supervisor cross-training sessions, along with being an active member of the Joint Labor Management Committee.
