I co-managed a fast paced RTO store. I ensured the store runs smoothly when the store manager is not in store. I work heavily in past due accounts and customer complaints.

I would handle all aspects of a fast paced RTO store. I ensured the store ran smoothly and profitable. I did hiring and firing, handled customer calls, sales, I made delinquent account calls, and grew the number of customers year after year (and that was through Covid and the tornado).

I was in charge of all price changes store wide. I ran the register on a regular bases. I dealt with customer issues. I did special orders for customers as needed. I set ad signage as needed. I set

planograms. I was a key carrying manager and responsible for opening and closing procedures, including counting tills and preparing the daily deposit.

To manage the employees with in my area. To train, assign tasks and mentor employees store wide.

I was also responsible for making schedules and taking care of customer complaints. I was a key

carrying manager and with that was responsible for opening and/or closing the store, to include

counting down the safe and handling all of the end of day business.

To manage, train, assign tasks and mentor employees in 5 departments. I was also responsible for the sales and customer service of those departments.

To perform all aspects and responsibilities of the tool and hardware departments.

To manage all aspects of a HVAC company, to include mechanical engineering, bidding, ordering

equipment and supplies, meeting with prospective customers, installing, repairs, preventative

maintenance.

To manage all aspects of a HVAC company, to include mechanical engineering, bidding, ordering

equipment and supplies, meeting with prospective customers, running a crew of up to 12 people, installing, repairs, preventative maintenance.

To manage all aspects of a fast paced jewelry and gift shop, to include purchasing, selling, scheduling, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and marketing.

To run a crew of up to 10 people. To fabricate sheet metal, to install sheet metal, install and do minor repairs for HVAC, install and repair electrical.
