• Serves as commander of a major and complex district or division.

• Oversees the functions of the department’s accreditation program.
• Facilitates the coordination of research, development, and implementation of required actions.

• Supervises the communications dispatch operations.
• Oversees 911 and other Emergency Dispatching Programs.
