Process Review
My skill set as a UX Architect has involved being exposed to enterprise application design and development for B2B and B2C projects. Examples of this work are BB&T/Trusit Insurance redesign of legacy applications from fat client to browser based responsive applications. I have worked on multiple projects for subsidiary broker companies under BB&T's umbrella who all leveraged BB&T software to bind policies for brokers/agents throughout the US. My job was to review legacy workflows and define/simplify the user interface for brokers and agents. These services would be accessible then from Mobile, iPad and desktop within their network and outside the network on secure servers. I designed (UX Wireframes) and developed (UI) prototypes to be handed off to the developers for production. I also tested pixel perfect and cross browser compatibility. B2C work was done at PayPal as a UX Designer to add features to their B2C application as well as adding B2B new services for the business side of purchasing and financing upgrades to help with advancement of the corporate growth coverage (scaling). Most of my projects have been with fortune500 companies that handle large database centers that collect data through intuitive forms that help step a user through the process. These processes usually include difficult logic to generate a legal document outcome as well as provide services to the end user while also notifying the user of errors so the documents can complete the process. My experience with all my projects has been to be prepared, help with setting guidelines and always be flexible to listen to the user about features and requirements.
