Summary

Grew up in Grand Prairie Tx. Where my father owned a precision sheet metal manufacturing company as a kid I leaned how operate all types of machinery and program hand written cnc programs (before Cad)witch all seemed to be 2nd nature to me ,just part of growing up.I graduated Grand prairie High. In high school I had the time of my life managing the night shift at my Dad's shop and working with all my high school buddies. When I was a teenager I was apart of a major revolutionary advancement in the metal fabrication industry as the computer age rolled in office space and overhead incredibly reduced,no longer needing giant drafting tables and various rulers hand tools and pencils made design work and prototyping an eas with all your team members together within arms reach of each other on their PC'S. I was so fascinated with Autodesk' s new dos program autocad . That I converted years and rows of filing cabinets of customer blueprints into a small stack of floppy discs and one filing cabinet of hard copies within just a few months and then a few years later autocad version 11 came out with 3D capability and Microsoft came out with Fabiwin CAD CAM software I was so excited I went back through the customer cad drawings and didn't stop refining them until I knew for sure that I incorporated every drafting style and technic know to date into those drawings geometric tolerancing ,sliced views, section call outs , isometric illustrations, isometric exploded ect. !! Just thinking back is causing me to tear up little.Right about that time was cut from the the football team and realized I wasn't going to be the wolds greatest NFL wide receiver witch is every young boy dreams of.Determaned to be the best at something.I decided to capitalize on what I had gong more than any one else I knew METAl FABRICATION! For next 6 to 7 years with every new job the first thing I did was find and train my replacement because I knew as soon as I learned all I could I was moving on. fab.Jobs were my personal school to learn something new instead of a lively hood like it is for everyone else. Thinking everything else in the world will be just as easy I left the industry only to find out all these years later that I was already where I should have been and how much I miss that distinctive machine shop smell or that first step onto the shop floor in the morning when all the problems of the world seem to dissolve behind me and I suddenly become important everybody's glad to see me wanting to know what can I do to fix this machine or how do we improve that or troubleshoot that or we need this programm program .I was a Trusted CNC Programmer with years designing and executing fabrication plans on numerous materials. Talented at translating vague work orders into precise project plans. Proven to exceed customer expectations by surpassing quality thresholds and minimizing tolerance variations. Experienced Manufacturing professional skilled in operating all CNC machines and punch and break presses in fast-paced production and maintenance environments. Dependable and reliable with expertise in monitoring and implementing shop production safe efficient and reliably accurate with 100 percent rating for getting the job done
