Basic Operations Support – Infrastructure – Management with well advised knowledge in specifics to Army in Europe regulations elaborated as such: Facilities management– developing progressive improvisations in ensuring military base standards uphold all foreign environmental, property/vehicle hazardous equipment, safety, training, DFAC conditions for all civilian and servicemembers staying on base are inherence to Army in Europe and Africa Safety Program Management AE Regulation 385-10 and in living Facility Utilization Management with adherence to AE Regulation 405-15 and Support Operations using LOGCAP Guidelines
- Including provisions and rules implemented by KBR and HS contracting and performance recognitions are well understood and completed by all departments of contracting and followed to stupendous articulation of contracted agreement of all KBR, HS, and European Command comply to prevent all current and future projects to finance deficiency and progression of the base
- Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Program and facilities manager - Ensure logistical plans are well established and effectively communicated at all levels to mitigate negative effects of planning to provide resources in support of MWR in providing quality of life services for all Soldiers
- Services such as MWR and Gym Facilities are provided in good standing with accordance to Family AE 215-1
- Range/Training Liaison – acted as head coordinator for Drawsko Pomorskie, Poland in support of all training exercises with both Host Nation (HN) coordination and 21st Theater Sustainment Command and subordinate regional support groups (RSG) and company exercises following all authorizations and limitations provided by Training Support guidance of AE Regulations 350 – 220
- Motor Pool/Environmental Safety Officer – Establish all safety precautions in and around all areas of the base to include parking safety, HN supply deliveries, military exercise convoy movement entrance and exit procedures following all AE 55 – 1, 58 – 1, and AR 750 – 1 rules and regulations
