  • Serve as the HQAMC Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-6(CIO) Operations Division Branch Chief responsible for coordinating the execution of IT Operations & Training as well as Policy & Plans functions within the DCS G-6(CIO). Conduct comprehensive management and support to AMC CIO mission goals by providing operational support to G-6 Division staff. Supervise, plan and direct the development of IT strategies, goals, and objectives by operationalizing G-6 essential mission functions at the tactical, operational and strategic levels by utilizing statistical data and conducting a full functional decomposition across the staff. Assist with G-6 budget management reporting by developing new business processes that enhance long range budget planning. Manage G-6 staff training and Ready Army Civilian (RAC) posture reporting. Assisted with the execution of AMC Shape to Fight (StF) by reorganizing and realigning the G-6 staff organizational structure and developed process plans for improving the functional business processes. Provide direct management oversight of the ETMS2 QROD/Task Management Tool for the DCS G-6, executing full lifecycle of all G-6 Staff Action tasks. Provided management and analysis of all OPORD/Tasker execution and suspense tracking both internally and externally. Briefed R2TF operational updates to the AMC Deputy Commanding General during the weekly AMC Command and Staff video teleconferences. Provided input as the assistant Acquisition staff officer, facilitating functional business transformation processes within the AOR.
