- Serve as the HQAMC Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-6(CIO) Operations Division Branch Chief responsible for coordinating the execution of IT Operations & Training as well as Policy & Plans functions within the DCS G-6(CIO). Conduct comprehensive management and support to AMC CIO mission goals by providing operational support to G-6 Division staff. Supervise, plan and direct the development of IT strategies, goals, and objectives by operationalizing G-6 essential mission functions at the tactical, operational and strategic levels by utilizing statistical data and conducting a full functional decomposition across the staff. Assist with G-6 budget management reporting by developing new business processes that enhance long range budget planning. Manage G-6 staff training and Ready Army Civilian (RAC) posture reporting. Assisted with the execution of AMC Shape to Fight (StF) by reorganizing and realigning the G-6 staff organizational structure and developed process plans for improving the functional business processes. Execute IT programs and projects requiring extensive internal/external coordination and advise leadership on the efficiencies created by the execution of Information Management / Information Technology (IM/IT) programs. Develop Concept of Operations (CONOP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) policies within the DCS G-6 to create standard operating guidelines. Create efficiencies to specific assigned IT strategies, objectives and plans for subordinate organizations within the DCS G-6(CIO). Develop and improve the HQ Tasker Management process for end user service improvement and service delivery options within the Army’s Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2). Responsible for gathering IT project requirements, identifying issues and addressing possible solutions in accordance with Army policy, statute and regulations. Facilitate IT business processes for DCS G-6(CIO) and establish a required battle rhythm that postures the staff in executing CIO mission goals. Developed and maintained a G-6 space utilization plan in coordination with the AMC Chief of Staff to adhere to the new Shape to Fight (StF) reorganization / realignment. Provide direct management oversight of the ETMS2 QROD/Task Management Tool for the DCS G-6, executing full lifecycle of all G-6 Staff Action tasks. Provided management and analysis of all OPORD/Tasker execution and suspense tracking both internally and externally. Developed and maintained the tasker management process and training plans and management actions for the G-6. Provided oversight for all Cyber vulnerability compliance within the AMC Enterprise in coordination with ARCYBER Cyber Operations Vulnerability Reporting Program (VDP) for the entire AMC Enterprise while capturing critical network vulnerabilities across all AMC equities. Execute manpower resources for specific IT operation projects, contracts and programs and provide IT long-range planning in order to budget work plans and levels of funding for future Division contract awards.

- Served as Program Operations Officer for the Army Materiel Command’s (AMC) Responsible Reset Task Force (R2TF) deployed to Kuwait in support of retrograde and redeployment operations in the CENTCOM AOR. Managed all phases of assigned programs within the AMC R2TF AOR. Supervised 28 civilian/military/contract personnel working closely with Army Central Command (ARCENT) and United States Forces – Iraq (USF-I) to facilitate a range of actions on equipment leaving theater. Responsible for facilitating and expediting retrograde programs and all phases of project management for the rapid retrograde and reset of over 213,000 pieces of Army equipment totaling $17B and utilizing the materiel acquisition lifecycle in order to meet equipping requirements for the RESET of Army forces. Responsible for planning and executing program management for retrograde operations within the AOR. Briefed R2TF operational updates to the AMC Deputy Commanding General during the weekly AMC Command and Staff video teleconferences. Provided input as the assistant Acquisition staff officer, facilitating functional business transformation processes within the AOR.
