- When I was a mail carrier, I used my people skills to talk to my customers and help them with any concerns or questions they had about their mail deliveries I also took great pride in providing good and friendly service for my customers, and I tried to keep a usual schedule I had many great experiences, having a lot of friendships and meetings with my customers all through my 34 and a half years of postal service When I retired in November of 2019 we moved to Texas in July of 2020 because our only daughter and her family moved there and we followed to be near them i took a part time job as a produce clerk to fill my time and suppliment my income I left because I have a very good work ethic, and the younger employees there did not, so I wasn't happy there Now I'm looking to try to fill my time with another job, trying to work remotely since my wife is mildly handicapped, and I could be near if she needs me a family friend works for Stanley Black &Decker and told me to try applying so here I am I would love to join you team in a remote job if you would give me a try, I would love to prove my worth to you please give me a try
