I drive to job sites, load and unload equipment and asses the job. I operate power washing machinery to clean surfaces, apply detergent safely as needed, check equipment for good working order, review completed work with customers and followed safety procedures to protect clients property, myself and others. I accurately log billable hours, prepare and bids, manage employees, taxes and payroll. I directly resolve customer complaints, develop marketing strategies and transport all equipment as well as employees to all job sites.

Primarily responsible for safely and efficiently operating a company owned truck. I would drive all over the Midwest following assigned routes for deliveries and manual unloading of sensitive materials such as medicines. I would preform a pre and post trip inspection on the truck I was driving that day and record the findings in a log as well as preform basic maintenance as needed. I was required to maintain a valid DOT medical card, drivers license and daily logs.

I prepared walls and other surfaces before painting, mixed and applied paints, varnishes and sealants for a lasting finish. I covered exposed objects and surfaces, used fillers such as putty, mud, and plaster to repair cracks and had to be knowledgeable in selecting the correct material for the job. I painted with various tools in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures, maintained a wide inventory of supplies such as paint brushes, ladders, rollers and tarps. I removed and installed fixtures as necessary, communicated with clients to determine their painting requirements and help them make knowledgeable decisions for their projects. I would drive safely and according to public safety laws to and from job sites as well as supplies stores multiple times a day.
