I have been working at the Luling site 27 years. I have worked and lead at this site through many challenges. I have Planned, scheduled, and directed over 60+ shutdowns at this facility. I would love the challenge of optimizing all future shutdowns at this or any facility.
Lead the maintenance planning and scheduling team for all routine daily maintenance along with the scheduling of multiple major turnarounds within the site yearly. Provided cost estimates and timelines for review to all plant managers within my department.
Lead the scheduling and maintenance execution for GI South, GI-Slurry, GI-Dry, GI5, and GI Unloading. During this time I safely completed four turnarounds at a high level while meeting customers business needs.
As the production leader my responsibilities included managing the operations of multiple units at one time while safely meeting the business needs. This included leading the turnarounds, overseeing the shutdown and startup of the units.
I was FLS, Planner and scheduler responsible for the Central maintenance, Shift maintenance, Garage, Analyzer shop, plant grounds, pump shop, and machine shop. At ACL I managed the maintenance and E&I technicians through routine maintenance along with scheduling the annual major outages.
