  • Assigned HQ RIO Air Operations as a Deportation Officer
  • Duties include being assigned as the Flight Officer in Charge (FOIC) of daily international and domestic Air Operations, ensuring the safe and expeditious removal of detainees with final orders of removal and transferring detainees from location to location
  • While performing FOIC duties, I am tasked with liaison encounters with foreign officials during the exchange of removal documentation and removal of the deportees
  • Other duties assigned, when I am not flying, include tracking and monitoring the disposition of other removal flights, both domestic and foreign
  • Assigned as Assistant FOIC on Special High Risk Charter (SHRC) flights
