At Walmart I walk around the store and scan items for online orders. These are called pick walks. All pick walks have a due time, so working fast and efficiently is an important part of my job.

Every online shopper has a score to reach, it is around 100.And it’s based off of how fast you pick. My score is usually 114.

I am still learning new ways to be more efficient.

My job at Target was a seasonal job. The season was very busy so I always had long lines.

This was my very first job, so looking back I should’ve learned from mistakes and find ways to be more efficient.

I’m confident that if I ever went back I would be faster and still give quality service to each customer.
