• Support improvement of customer's plate making process, printing result and new product sample
• Solve customer's trouble or complaint
• Inquiry or negotiation with representative of oversea factory or R&D to solve the problems when the complex trouble happened
• Gather new product information from oversea R&D
• Support sales team technically for product promotion to get technical information or promotion samples
• Collaborate with UK-based start-up company to penetrate market with new outstanding technology

[New business development for gut flora analysis service (DNA, PCR)]

• My project was new business development of gut flora analysis service in the start-up division
• Launched a new service for in company start-up division
• Organized meetings for technical discussions to proceed a project and discussed with engineers and professors
• Set up alliance with newly discovered business partners including both academic and business partners like manufactures
• Documentations including a non-disclosure agreement or contract of a joint research and development agreement
• Presentations of project progress for the executive.

[For genomic analysis instrument]

• I was a field service and application engineer of genomic analysis instruments (DNA, RNA, protein, pharmacy) such as electrophoresis, DNA microarray, real-time PCR, and automation solution for next- generation sequencing library sample preparation
• Set-up, installation, customer training, maintenance, repair of these instruments
• Inquiry or negotiation with representative of oversea factory or R&D to solve the problems when the complex trouble happened
• Organized training for other Japanese engineers and held couples of trainings, especially at the launching of new product
• My lineup of products were 16 instruments, and I was specialist of four of them
• The second better feedback from sales team as well as 8.88/10 from customer satisfaction-based feedback.
