Kenzie Weller

I work alongside other leaders to help show our peers what it’s like to live, work, and travel to other countries. We show them some history, customs, activities, holidays, and food from all around the world. Every meeting one person has a country to present. They would start with a slide deck, then we would eat food from that country. Lastly we would do an activity or sport that country is known for.

• Teaching peers how to work together.
• Showing peers new skills they haven’t seen before.
• Helping them to improve what they already know about marching and music.
• Overseeing what they do to make themselves and the team better.
• Had meeting with other section leaders to make sure everyone is on the same page and on track to succeed. Also to discuss what we need to do to improve and better ourselves to be able to succeed.
