I'm committed to continuous improvement and cultivating a positive work environment.
As an Operational Excellence Manager, my goal was to help partners become better leaders. I conducted regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. I also worked closely on creating several different partner schedules and assigned team members to various job duties to help build our partners for the future. Lastly, I worked closely with our strong leadership team members on strategic planning that helps support the overall mission of BGC.
While at #39 I helped communication between departments to enhance efficiency and team building. I coached, mentored and trained team members to help improve their job performance. I also helped in the hiring process by recruiting and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions.
Even though I no longer work at #708, I am still involved with community activity in DeKalb, Tx. In the past I have been a key liaison with Brookshire’s. Some activities I would do are reading at the school, helping at community events, donating to my community, etc. My passion is to help families with needs and try to be an example to the younger children I encounter.
