  • Manage chronic pain cases, most of which that have failed on previous interventions. These are usually cases that are complicated by multiple pain diagnoses. These cases are almost always compounded by multiple mental health diagnoses and years of emotional and psychosocial distress from their chronic pain.

  • Consultant on chronic pain management to staff from various specialties (primary care, psychology, social work, nursing, psychiatry, etc.). Part of this role includes determining appropriateness of referrals and guiding patient management on pain consultation.


  • Diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and facilitate treatment plans based on those diagnoses.


  • Reviewing, ordering and interpreting relevant diagnostics, including laboratory data, imaging, exam findings.
