• Review medical records and work with providers to ensure that the patient's medical record reflects an accurate picture of severity of illness and intensity of service that results in appropriate MS-DRG assignment.

Simultaneously served as a direct patient care provider and Assistant Nurse Manager of the NICU, where I assisted the Nurse Manager with supervision of 80+ employees. From 2019 to 2021, I also served as a leader for the Lactation Services Team, alongside the Associate Director of Women's Services.
