Full Time: 40 hours/week

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced, 24/7 acute observation unit specializing in pre/post-procedural care, outpatient infusions, and short-stay medical management (≤48 hours).
• Administer IV therapies including blood products; manage and maintain short- and long-term intravenous access devices in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely care, education, and discharge planning, often within 24 hours of patient admission.
• Support and coordinate medical consults, track follow-up diagnostics, and assist in prioritizing urgent access needs, contributing to efficient patient flow.
• Uphold regulatory and safety standards while participating in ongoing performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and compliance.

Per Diem: 12-24hours/monthly

• Perform rapid assessment and intervention for patients experiencing life-threatening conditions, including sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac arrest.
• Conduct regular rounds and collaborate with attending physicians to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and ensure adherence to best practice guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards, including infection control protocols.
• Adapt quickly to different critical care environments and patient populations, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

Full Time: 40 hours/week

• Assist physicians with complex or potentially life-threatening procedures.
• Administer special medications via oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intradermal.
• Perform various pulmonary ventilation treatments such as administration of oxygen and compressed air through various means.
• Maintain invasive lines and dressings as prescribed by Infection Control Policies/Procedures and Guidelines.
• Provide patient and family counseling in order to provide support and information on possible reactions to medications, health maintenance and illness prevention.

Full Time: 36 hours/week

• Provide direct bedside care of patients suffering acute stroke, intracranial hemorrhage subacute stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and brain tumors.
• Performed complete physical assessments on patients with a variety of neurological conditions and developed individualized plans of care for each patient.
• Monitored and recorded patient conditions through regular updates to system documentation.

• Provide total nursing care in an adult neuro/medical ICU.
• Monitor patient condition, including interpreting and tracking EKG readings, identifying irregular telemetry readings, and updating team members on changes in stability.
• Collaborate with the respiratory therapist team to monitor respiratory status and provide care for patients requiring endotracheal intubation, tracheostomies, ventilatory support and pronation therapy.
• Manage multiple drip, administered life sustaining medications, stabilized patients and determined next course of action.
• Manage complex interventions including chest tubes, EVD, invasive pressure support monitoring, vasoactive drips, and targeted temperature management.
• Advocate for patients' and families' needs and provide emotional support for patients and their families.

Full Time: 48 hours/week

• Provide care for a variety of patients including strokes, GI bleeds, covid19, heart failure, DKA, ARDS, sepsis, NSTEMI.
• Float to different units on a weekly basis including neuro ICU, Telemetry, and Cardiac ICU.
• Assess patients' condition, notified physicians of clinical changes as well as prepared and implemented patient care plans.

Full Time: 36 hours/week

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs and applying critical thinking skills in patient care management.
• Provide inpatient nursing care to intensive care patients receiving treatment on a COVID-19 unit.
• Monitor patients' respiratory status, report inadequate ventilation and decline in status to physician.
• Administer paralytic, sedative, vasoactive, and anticoagulant infusions per physician order.
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, disease management, preventative measures, medication use and self-care.

Full Time: 36 hours/week

• Provide care for multiple critical diagnoses including COVID-19, acute stroke, intracranial hemorrhage, and subarachnoid hemorrhage.
• Assist with intubation, central line, chest tube, art line and EVD placement.
• Monitor vital signs, adequacy of ventilation, and levels of consciousness and pain.
• Monitor behavior and symptoms and report to physicians in a timely manner.
• Administer medications such as sedative, vasoactive and paralytic infusions.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Healthcare team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of plan of care.
• Educate patients and family members about plan of care, transition of care, and disease process.

Full Time: 36 hours/week

• Assist health care providers in providing care for patients with skeletal injuries, tracheostomy, and medical surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring.
• Closely assess and monitor patients for complications before and after procedures and report to healthcare providers in a timely manner to ensure patients safety.
• Develop a pain management schedule and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and their family on how to safely recover from surgeries or injuries at home.
• Help patients improve strength and mobility after procedures.
• Provide professional comfort and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers during stressful situations.

• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms, blood pressure, respirations and inform physician of any changes.
• Monitor Patients before and after invasive procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications, blood products, enteral and parenteral feeding.
• Encourage and reinforce teaching of disease process.
• Utilize nursing process to develop and revise patient plan of care.
• Record all care information accurately and completely in timely manner on the appropriate forms.
