- Expertly negotiated sales and licenses, most notably, global license for "My Date with Drew. Produced for $1,100. Secured $650,000 license fee for domestic rights. Worldwide sales for "Drew" now exceed $4 million.
- Sourced, negotiated optioned, secured, developed and/or produced multiple creative properties, including; "Agent Cody Banks" (1 and 2). Attached MGM studios as partners, developed franchise, ultimately accumulating in excess of $100 million.
- Prepared budgets, negotiated key cast and crew deals. Guided all aspects of flow: creative, pre-production, physical production, post production, delivery.
- Reduced operational expenses through strategic hires, vendors, partnerships and cost management initiatives.

Cashflow positive since launch, Year over year positive growth income and community expansion, projects continue to scale, now in eight African countries, organization continues to thrive.
- Role: Created business plan and designed web portal. Established loyal community, which exceeds twelve-thousand, through traditional marketing and later, social media. Budgeted, built relationships, traveled to Africa to establish trust and select projects. Collaborated, organized, attracted Board of Advisors, mentors and ambassadors.
