As a Production Associate i worked in paint repair Identifying defects sanding, prepping, masking & repainting defective part , inspecting part that defects were repaired and no new defects were made ( dirt ,contamination , color match , runs sags, thin paint) .

Also a robot operator , programmed and taught robot to do job process and maintaining robot. As a Team Leader , Daily pre shift start up meetings to inform team (15-20 ) of daily production models, colors and production numbers also any existing or potential saftey and or quality problems, make daily rotation schedule for associates, monitor and document all equipment ( oven temperature, line speed air make up system) order all supplies for my area.

Help customers at parts counter,order and stock all parts answer and help customers on the phone , get mechanics parts for jobs they are working on , schedule and write service orders , write estimates for insurance for wrecked motorcycles, keep area organized and clean.

Operated many Machines / Milling machines, Drill Press & Cam Bore machines
