-Work with bilingual parents and students to achieve a doable academic goal.
-Provide assistance to the schools and the Student Registration and Parent Information Center (SRPIC) with home-school communications.
-Work with guidance and counselors to provide mental counseling to the students in need.
-Help parents and students with language access to hel navigate the school system.
-Interpret for district-wide and school events to provide equitable access to non-English speaking families.
-Organize parent meetings whenever necessary to inform parents of issues that are pertinent and could impact the education of English language learners.
-Coordinate parent activities, including parent trainings, in collaboration with the Bilingual/ESL Services Department.
