
At Harp Excavation I am in charge of all clerical duties that range from scheduling customer work orders, creating and sending contract Invoices, creating Contracts and ensuring they are promptly sent to the Counties for record keeping. Highly familiar, and experienced in QuickBooks with daily duties of sending work order repair invoices, handling large deposit amounts, and completing all Business deposits, payroll for all employees, as well as tax preparation for the CPA.
Responsibilities
I am the first, and last person our Clients see. I ensure they are welcomed and offered a beverage and a handshake (sometimes a hug for my long time clients), Schedule Client Meetings, contact insurance companies, contact alternative investments companies, create paperwork for Real Estate & Oil & Gas purchases, basic clerical & receptionist duties, handle large check amounts, as well as being in charge of ensuring checks are deposited to correct Investment Companies promptly.
