This letter is to accompany my application for the Mortgage Loan Officer position at Alpha Mortgage. With over 3 years’ experience as a Production Assistant, Jr Loan Officer and as an Originating Loan Officer, I am confident in my ability to continue this role at Alpha Mortgage. My duties have included meeting with applicants to obtain information for loan applications, educating customers on a variety of loan products, answering customer inquiries involving rates, credit improvement, and delivering high levels of customer service to facilitate smooth processes. I have also been responsible for tracking and managing new leads and referral business, performed administrative tasks such as creating status reports on loans in progress, photocopy loan documents, answering phones, sending preapproval letters, scanning and upload related documents into the system. Most currently, cultivating and maintaining relationships with local realtors, builders, and attorneys providing a consistent line of communication and accountability.
