Transferring to the N Store was a necessary and well thought out decision for my carrier at Mountain Mikes.


  • Something important to know about this situation is that towards the end of my time at the s store I was 2 of 19 crew members still working there since first starting.(not including owners).
  • A Prime Factor on my transfer to the N store was the removal of 4 employees from the N store due to violations of conducts.

  • I started on the clock training at Mountain Mikes on November of 2020, fortunately for me I was provided with an incredible crew team that quickly taught me the task's listed below. As Mountain Mikes being my first job I experience the infamous concept of trial and error, but through trial I learned how to successfully execute at my position. Within a month as Primary Cashier I started closing the store as well as completing every task that needed to be done at the end of the night. This includes 2 Register tilts and drops at the end of the night, Counting and Inserting tips into the System (Adora), Distributing tips to Employees As well as Cashing out Drivers from the delivery's at the end of their shift. After 5 months I had taken advantage of the opportunity's for me to develop my position at Mountain Mikes. Below I provide some but surely not all of the task I completed at Mountain Mikes.
