  • I use various job boards, internet tools to source both passive and active Cleared candidates for Cleared Government contract positions primarily on the MQ-9 program at Wright Patterson AFB and multiple ISR, NASIC and DARPA programs across the country
  • I conduct interviews side by side with Program Managers to ensure continuity and customer service
  • I create job ads and writes job descriptions for current and specialized positions
  • I screen a high volume of resumes and conducted pre-screen interviews and preliminary technical assessments of candidates as well as vetting Clearance and reference information

  • I was the top engineering recruiter during my time with Moseley. I left to join Sumaria Systems which was a local company and I preferred with my connections with the Air Guard. I also received a significant pay raise that didn't include commission.

  • I recruited and hired employees for a 1200 person medical manufacturing facility. The positions included various Engineers as well as CNC operators and Quality.

  • We had 75 openings when I took over and after working on site through Covid I was able to get us down to 7 vacancies in a year.

Airlines Maintenance Recruiter Pathways Program

  • I recruited separating Military Aircraft Maintenance candidates for PSA's Military Pathways Program. Used ICIMS and LinkedIn to source candidates as well as 95% travel to attend recruiting/job fairs and speaking events. Managed a full life cycle recruiting desk and managed candidates until start date.


  • Coordinated candidates travel to Charlotte, NC where I would travel weekly to conduct interviews and give offers to selected candidates.


  • I left this position mainly because of the travel, I was flying 6 days a week. Also for a pay raise.

  • I managed 1 recruiter and 1 administrator in this role and had a $250,000 marketing budget recruiting Cleared Cyber and Maintenance roles for the 123rd Air Control Squadron and the Ohio Air National Guard.


  • The program was consistently at 85% manning and I was able to get it to 103% in my first year and we stayed at or above that for the remainder of my time.


  • I also Managed the retention program establishing excellent rapport with the employees, advising them on career options and acting as a mentor leading to a 95% retention rate.


  • I was recognized as #1 of 5 Regional Recruiting and Retention Managers. I retired from the Air Force with 24yrs of service. 18yrs Active Duty and 6 Yrs full time Ohio Air Guard.
