• Senior Associate Pastor - Worked directly with the Sr. Pastor to lead and manage a Pastoral team of ten full time Pastors and a five-million-dollar budget. Worked directly with the Pastors to create ministry plans, budgets, and strategies. Directly supervised members of the Pastoral team and performed annual performance appraisals.
• Missions – Created and implemented the Global Outreach ministry of Grace Baptist Church. Led three ministry teams to build and implement a missions budget of five hundred thousand dollars. Led the church to engage in partnerships in East TN, North America, and around the world.
• Preaching – Preaching support for our Senior Pastor which allowed me the opportunity to preach to a congregation of 1,900 people.

• Evangelism/Missions – Led the Global Outreach effort of First Baptist Church Broken Arrow. This included leading four lay ministry teams, according to an Acts 1:8 model, to work together to fulfill the great commission by educating, equipping, and mobilizing the people of First Baptist to become personally active and involved in evangelism/missions.
• Led the church to address and engage the local needs of hunger, addictions, trafficking, and foster care/adoption.
• Led the church in church planting partnerships in United States, Mexico, El Salvador, Venezuela, Belgium, Cambodia, Vietnam, India, France, and The Netherlands.
• Led the church to adopt unreached and unengaged people groups in Africa, France, and The Netherlands.
• Led the church to take members on strategic mission trips annually.
• Led the church planting effort to launch the first satellite campus of First Baptist in Coweta, Oklahoma.
• Led Global Outreach Mission Conferences to provide missions education and awareness to the church.
• Led the lay missions teams to create and manage a yearly budget over $550,000.

• From 1991 to 2001, I was employed in the corporate world in the area of information technology. Specializing in electronic commerce and electronic data interchange, I was able to successfully lead major projects, coordinate project teams, and train new employees.
• Member of technical interview teams that interviewed and hired new employees for the Electronic Commerce team.
• Trained new team members on the electronic commerce software and systems, along with coaching and mentoring them in their growth and development.
• Led major systems projects, and built and managed project budgets and timelines.
• Led the major Y2K electronic commerce upgrade project to ensure systems functionality and stability.
