Job Tasks

  • Lead and oversee day to day sales, sales operations, logistics, inventory, scheduling, training and performance management/people development for sales staff. Formed positive and profitable relationships with 500+ accounts at management level. Successfully facilitates an $18.2M business with revenue and cost accountability. Prepare and conduct business reviews and account calls with key accounts. Reeastablished brand loyalty in the Reno Tahoe market. Prioritize projects, data and communication going to frontline employees. Implemented and communicated pricing adjustments on product according to profitability requirements. Achieve or exceed productivity targets, leading productivity initiatives within the district. Successfully prospect and generate leads by cold calling, planning accordingly with weekly target list and maintaining relationships with current customers.
