Additional Information
During my time at XPO, I have shadowed under many supervisors learning and understanding the system and operations. Additionally, I have also spent a better part of a year assisting our customer service representative when we are lacking personnel, or when they are overwhelmed with strenuous amount of work.
The dock workers and drivers as well as the customer service representatives often come to me with questions or requesting assistance, especially when there is an absence of a supervisor.
