  • CJ Capital, General Contractor, Previous contractor was fired for incompetence/neglect of 4 small multifamily developments. Took over as GC to finish all projects. Several units needed substantial MEP work corrected. Units were wired incorrectly, HVAC units were crosswired, building had several water infiltration issues.
  • Shoe Sensations, General Contractor, Former VA clinic demolished and remodeled into Shoe Sensations in Palestine, Tx. Generated estimate, formed subcontracts, built schedule, managed crews, project, and budget as general contractor.
  • The Royalton at Celina, Superintendent, 276 unit garden style multifamily development, Tyvek, 3 story, no elevators valued at 44 million.
  • The Realm at The Colony, Assistant Superintendent, Finish out 2 levels of empty core and shell office space for owner move in. Started from the beginning and expected to finish 1 month ahead of schedule.
  • Millennium Place, Quality Control Manager, 228 unit wood framed apartment complex, zip system, TPO roof, pond-Completed in 17 months when projected completion timeline was 19 months.
  • Trammel Crow Center-Downtown Dallas, Drywall Mechanic, Interior high rise renovation. Started at demo, and left midway through framing to begin work with Jordan Foster.
