When customers purchase a new or used RV. They start by going to finance, then they come over to me for the orientation. I will explain in great detail how everything the RV functions, I'll go over what the manufacturer warranty covers. If it is a towable, I will setup the fifth wheel or weight distribution hitch and show the customer how it works. Then, I will go over safety (light check, brake control), put the temporary licence plate and registration on.
