Plans, directs, and supervises all administrative and operational functions of the facility that ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards of safety
Developed, reviewed, and evaluate training materials, aids and devices to optimize instructional outcomes
Responsible for the safety and security of inmates, staff, and the citizens of Kershaw County through the efficient and effective enforcement of jail policies and procedures
Responsible for funds and budget administration as well as program planning
Provide expert technical assistance, guidance, and training at the national level to local jails/detention facilities related to operations and policy development
