-Oversee maintenance, custodial, and grounds departments distribution and completion of work orders.

-Attend weekly planning and budget meetings.

-Oversee summer dorm maintenance project.

-Monitor HVAC Metasys system daily.

-Work with Director of Facilities on capital improvement projects.

-Coordinate work across multiple departments on campus.

-Respond to emergency calls on nights and weekends as needed.

-Repair and maintain HVAC systems throughout the campus.

-Responsible for preventative maintenance of all HVAC systems.

-Perform daily checks of the Metasys to identify potential issues with HVAC systems.

-Schedule and work with contractors to complete large scale projects.

-Responsible for responding to HVAC emergencies after hours and weekends.

-Work closely with other departments in order to ensure HVAC systems and settings are in places for larger campus events.

-Attend weekly meetings to coordinate all repairs and work orders with other departments.

-Train and supervise other HVAC technicians over the years.

-Fabricate chiller to be used in the manufacturing of eyeglass lenses.

-Perform on site repairs to equipment nationwide.

-Diagnose and walk customers through minor repairs over the telephone.

-Keep accurate track of inventory and product shipments.

-Repair and maintain HVAC systems in a pharmaceutical production setting.

-Abide by strict FDA codes for making repairs and documentation.

-Repair and maintain equipment used in the production of pharmaceuticals.

-Adhere to all cGMP practices and codes.
