Behavioral Data & Documentation ● Collect and analyze student behavior data, including frequency, intensity, and duration of target behaviors. ● Monitor progress toward IEP goals and make instructional or environmental adjustments as needed. ● Maintain clear documentation of services provided and outcomes observed to support ARD committee reporting and district analysis. Collaboration & Coaching ● Partner with the Behavior Specialist to provide classroom coaching and modeling of proactive behavior management strategies for campus staff. ● Participate in functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ARD meetings as the special education instructional representative. ● Assist in implementing point systems, reinforcement schedules, and crisis response plans in collaboration with campus teams. Crisis Management & Escalation Protocol ● Respond to behavioral crises in accordance with training and district procedures, including the use of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) techniques as appropriate. ● Serve as a resource for campuses in managing high-risk behavioral situations and supporting debriefing efforts following significant incidents.
