Senior Electronic Systems Technician assigned to the 335th Signal Command (Theater). Electronic Signal Maintenance Officer to a Two Star Theater Command in support of two geographically dispersed Signal Brigades consisting of strategic and tactical Signal Battalions in support of United States Army operations around the globe. Responsible for the development, implementation, and compliance of logistics and maintenance policy within the command. Provides staff supervision and technical oversight pertaining to maintenance and logistical sustainment operations; develops management
metrics to measure the logistical performance of subordinate units; provides command oversight on readiness of all tactical and strategic equipment. Coordinates directly with higher headquarters logistical staff to ensure synchronized support, and consistency with command policy and regulations.

Senior Electronic Systems Technician assigned to the 311th Signal Command (Theater), G4 as the Senior Maintenance Manager of the Command in support of strategic and tactical communications units in four different countries across the Pacific Theater Area of Operations. Responsible for the development, implementation, and compliance of logistics and maintenance policy within the command. Provides staff supervision and technical oversight pertaining to maintenance and logistical sustainment operations; develops management metrics to measure the logistical performance of subordinate units; provides command oversight on maintenance of strategic based MILSTAR and Extremely High Frequency satellite earth terminals. Provided readiness strategies for tactical based Expeditionary Signal Battalions, and all tactical equipment. Coordinated directly with outside agencies logistical staffs to ensure synchronized support for higher levels of depot support.

Senior Maintenance Warrant Officer assigned to the Materiel Readiness Division, Distribution Management Center, Army Sustainment Command (ASC) responsible for maintenance management and monitoring Source of Repair performance in support of the Army's Sustainable
Readiness Model. Analyzes readiness data to identify ground, aviation, and electronic equipment maintenance issues and coordinates resolution with appropriate elements of ASC, FORSCOM, AMC, and HQ DA to improve equipment readiness. Advises ASC senior leaders
on all aspects of maintenance regulations and policies that effect the Army Sustainment Command. Serves as the Senior Warrant Officer to the Commanding General of ASC and staff on Warrant Officer topics; supervised and mentored over 70 Warrant Officers dispersed worldwide in over six different countries.

Coordinate with external agencies and organizations for design and implementation of advanced satellite technology providing increased bandwidth, and decreased system setup time. Increase unit readiness by researching newly developed technology to increase the commander’s ability to see his command’s readiness posture real-time. Supervise the signal and weapons maintenance program that included over 3500 weapon systems and over 2000 signal systems. Work with other units in the Special Operations Community to define both process and partnership versatility in areas that develop, integrate, provide and sustain logistics readiness. Provide supervision for all sustainment personnel within the command. Integrate policy and procedures that reinforce and enhance the readiness posture of the command. Provide support for real world operations across the globe. Provide mentorship and supervision for over 30 military and civilian personnel.
