Responsible for all diagnostic (MRI, PET, CT, Breast, US, etc...) and interventional (biopsies ; embolizations : UFE; PAE ; GAE ; HAE , etc...) radiology modalities across all radiology locations : main campus hospital in Manhattan ; outpatient facilities in Manhattan and Westchester. Responsible for : (1) generating patient referrals from our internal hospital providers & specialists, and external providers & specialty practices; (2) maintaining those referral relationships.

Provided all the cardiovascular diagnostic services you would expect from a top level hospital but as a private entity was designed to be leaner and more efficient without sacrificing protocol. True distinction was providing access to Cardiac PET, the most advanced nuclear imaging study to determine coronary artery disease. Offered four business models : (1) renting space in physician offices, seeing their patients with cardiovascular and peripheral vascular issues; (2) providing opportunity for cardiologists to supervise nuclear imaging studies in our offices and be compensated ; (3) providing opportunity for physicians to directly refer for cardiac consultations and testing; (4) providing opportunity for cardiology practices to sublet space in our offices and bill themselves.
Responsible for new business development along all four business models, and client maintenance & retention.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS :
The MMS Group (formerly known as Madonna Management Services) was a "high end" full service medical management company. Core business was billing & collection services, with management, compliance, and business analysis value added components. Also offered an additional al a carte menu of practice management services. Brand was a premium service at a premium price. Target market and client base included all physician specialties, from solo practitioners to large groups. In 2014, handled billing & collection activities on 40 million dollars in revenue.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS :
Responsible for opening new delivery accounts within target market of 10-50 office workers in territory of Queens, New York. Later transitioned to target market of 50-200 office workers in territory of Long Island, New York. Cold called, made presentations, opened credit accounts, placed orders, and followed up on customer service issues for my clients.
