Provided information on all aspects of residential construction. Provided advice and recommendations to clients who are looking to purchase a home or building a new home. Guided owners through the design and development process, making sure their best interests, needs and wants are at the heart of every decision made.

Obtained Skilled subcontractors and employees to get the job/project back on schedule, and which also required subcontractors to improve on trade craftmanship. Managed scheduling the sequence of work in the correct order. Implemented a job standard that would pas architectural and Montgomery Housing Authority inspections for substantial completion status in order to obtain project funding. Overcoming job obstacles in trade applications to better the aesthetics of the exterior of buildings throughout each of the 147 units. Ensuring all project materials were on the job so each contractor was able to maintain continual work process daily. Institute project safety, ensuring proper attire was worn for each individual subcontractor.

Completed homes in the Central Alabama Birmingham region in the 2800-4800 square foot range. Each home was remediated and restored to original finishes within 90 days with all punch items completed. Managed and orchestrated subcontractors and work scheduled on a timely manner to ensure deadlines were met and no penalties were incurred, resulting in 27 homes being completed in 19 months.

Worked hand in hand with Shell Oil in spearheading the Arrowhead Project in Harper Kansas, USA. Managed and supervised the installation of Fracking pond liners 300' x 600'. Managed operations including scheduling, installation, welding, machine operation and completion of ponds. Finished five (5) 250,000-300,000 each 40% margins.

Managed the development of Craddock Landing Subdivision. Implemented and installation of electricity to each of the fourteen (14) lots. Water buried and installation on county right of way. Grading of the road to create easy accessibility/entry gate. Home locations on each lot to accommodate Alabama Power regulations of set backs and layouts.
