  • Worked with the NIL and Branding team to educate student-athletes on best practices for self-marketing in the NIL space.

  • Acted as a liaison beyond the creative team and the football recruiting department to create recruiting materials and meeting decks.
  • Helped pitch and execute partnerships and collaborations for social content with various organizations, influencers, and celebrities, including Baby Boy Da Prince, WWE Recruit (WWE’s recruiting arm), Under Armour, DJ Kool, Erick Sermon of EPMD, Sheamus (WWE), Bon Jovi, Dean Norris, Rah Money (Ocky Way Deli), Frank the Tank (Barstool), Kevin Leonel (fashion designer), Capitol Records, and Offset of the Migos, Def Jam, and Republic Records, licensing songs by DMX, Young Jeezy, and Rick Ross.
  • Acted as a producer on several long-form storytelling projects. Help come up with questions and ask questions to student-athletes, friends, and family to tell a full story.
  • I wrote scripts and helped facilitate voice recordings for hype videos.
  • Experience in directing production shoots of photos and videos, providing instructions and poses to talent to ensure we get what we need to execute the vision of the content.
  • Provided live coverage in the game, gathering and organizing content in real time to capitalize on the best moments.

Accomplishments

McMahon was the 2021 recipient of the USILA Doyle Smith Sports Information / Media award. This award is presented in honor of the career of outstanding service provided to lacrosse by long-time Virginia Assistant Sports Information Director Doyle Smith. Smith defined the game of collegiate lacrosse through his media releases and statistical and national poll coverage of the sport. His contributions to the former NCAA Lacrosse Rulebook and Guide paved the way for many of the sport's great media efforts today on TV, the internet, and in print. The winner of this award can come from college sports information offices or from the media, The nominee has contributed greatly to the promotion and coverage of the sport.
