  • I was responsible for the strategy, development, and operational implementation for the First Student Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure.
  • I developed the strategy of the design build construction program.
  • This program organized and managed the activities of the key project stakeholders including owner, builders, architects, engineers, and consultants, resulting in the conceptualization and development of the project installation plans.
  • First Student established this new role to develop a comprehensive fleet electrification program.
  • Program Development: Led development and implementation for EV Charger installation.
  • Focused on Design Build vendor selection, installation procedures, and program scalability to develop standardization for the national program.
  • Developed the design build program strategy and implementation procedures to ensure First Student Electrification goals were achieved.
  • Developed utility partnerships to improve overall communication and strategy with all utilities for EV deployments.
  • Implemented strategies to market and scale electrification program initiatives by working with OEM’s, Design Build vendors, utilities, and local authorities with jurisdiction to develop/improve processes and procedures.
  • Provided oversight for 80 projects, in various stages of development, ranging from $600 thousand to $1.5 million each, funded by over $400 million in federal grants.
