  • Implement and coach a yearlong strength and conditioning plan for the following teams at the Division III level: Men's Volleyball, Men's Tennis, Women's Lacrosse, Throwers, Men's and Women's Golf, Cheer
  • Assist with several other varsity sports, including Football. Developed the first-year/transfer development program.
  • Assist with the implementation of an internship curriculum for six interns.
  • Collect and analyze data from VALD Force Plates, and create visuals to present to sport coaches using Power BI.
  • Worked closely and constantly communicated with a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, another Graduate Assistant, and several sport coaches.
  • I traveled with teams when the opportunity arose to provide support.
  • Assist the local high school's (Shepard Hill) football team with their strength and conditioning program.
