Accomplishments

  • Group Lead Tiger Team Worked together in a small group comprised of upper management, director, HR, and two other select group leads to put together a training program for current and future group leads. It was then rolled out site wide to high success. Due to the significance, management asked for their own training program to be developed.
  • QN Challenge While acting as lead in the RE cell, the QN challenge was created and implemented to success. We challenged operators to get a total of two or less QNs in a month. They would then be entered into a random drawing where the winner would be awarded with a BRAVO. It pushed the operators to strive to be more precise and detailed oriented. Monthly and repeat QN numbers dropped dramatically within the following months of its inception to where we would have ~30 or less manufacturing QNs in a month, significantly reducing cost to the company.
