Analyze blueprints, work orders and other documents to determine material requirements for projects.

Develop programs for CNC machining processes using CAD and CAM software.
Measured and scribed metal stock for machining, verifying conformance of machined parts to specifications.
Performed routine maintenance on tooling machinery and equipment.
Utilized CAD software to design and modify tooling components.
Assembled new dies using blueprints or sample parts as reference points.
Maintain accurate records of production activities including setup times, cycle times and part counts.
Collaborate with engineering staff to develop new designs that meet customer specifications.
