Summary

Hello, i am Kevin Roberts. I am 24 years old. I have been stationed in Alaska as a Diesel Tech with the Air Force since 2018. Unfortunately my career will be cut short due to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. I have refused the vaccine and will be separating in late June, 2022. In my time I have worked on a wide range of things throughout my career from light duty pickups to 50k forklifts. Over the last 2 years I have become very familiar with Caterpillar construction equipment, International and sterling dump trucks, and JohnDeere wheeled loaders I am confident with engines, brake systems, air systems, hydraulic systems, suspension, steering, axles, differentials, and transmissions. I have been around mechanics my whole life so I feel comfortable in the shop setting and deeply enjoy this work. I am very eager to learn new things and improve my skillset. I enjoy learning and its exciting to me. I would have several ASE certifications but because of my vaccine refusal the Air Force would not pay for the exams. But i am familiar with the T-series and will be testing as soon as I'm out of the Air Force.
