• Company Overview: In this role, we handle a comprehensive range of services related to commercial facilities maintenance
• Our expertise covers commercial plumbing, including unclogging toilets and urinals, repairing leaks, fixing automatic flush systems, and addressing issues with sinks, water heaters, mixing valves, and supply lines
• We also manage water shut-offs and provide parking lot repairs, commercial door maintenance, drywall installation and restoration, bollard installation, and parking lot lighting solutions
• Additional services include custom drain line installations, ballast repair, and the operation of scissor and boom lifts
• We specialize in addressing a wide array of issues that can arise in commercial retail facilities, such as Target, Lowe's, UPS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Walmart, Sam's Club, Dollar General, and more
• Whether the problem involves plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, drywall, concrete, or carpentry, we ensure timely and effective repairs to keep facilities functioning smoothly

On the production line, I installed electrical components in semi-trucks, including inverters, ATS switches, fuse boxes, overhead lighting, and electrical wiring (Romex, 8-16 gauge wire). Additionally, I installed appliances and systems such as refrigerators, TVs, water heaters, bunk beds, countertops, water tanks, showers, toilets, and plumbing systems using PEX lines.

In my role, I was responsible for managing all aspects of material tracking, including unloading, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels for the factory. I oversaw the company’s shipping and receiving operations, conducted inventory control and cycle counts, and handled the delivery and pick-up of parts. I was also responsible for managing and banding orders. Due to the impact of COVID-19, my responsibilities were consolidated from a team-based role to a solo position.
