Took over the old Lady Nawlins where I previously was a bartender for almost 8 years with two business partners in April of 2024.

This past January I decided to opt out of being a part owner and bartender to pursue a career with health, bennifits, 401 K for my future.

When F.W. Sullivans and Lady Nawlins eventually closed they recruited me to bartend at New York Deli. Two years later they would be my landlord for my own restaurant Smoke & Barrel. Under my leadership and promotion we won Best restaurant in Carytown in 2021.

Head bartender in The Fan district at F.W. Sullivans and Lady Nawlins Cajun Cafe while also downtown at ChaChas managing. Won Bartender Of The Year from 2016-2021. In The Hall Of Fame for Style Weekly.

Bartender and Bar Manager for three years at a high Volume restaurant that turned into nightlife after 10 pm until 2 am. Worked with sales reports, beer ordering, liquor ordering, and scheduling.
