• Working on Continues Improvement projects such as hydraulic oil recycling / Oil sampling / thermal imaging vibration analysis and aiding the implementation of a maintenance CMMS ( Computer Maintenance Management System)
• Electric servo drive installs to replace outdated hydraulic rotary actuators

From 2014-2022 Project Manger (Alpha Packaging was purchased by Pretium packaging)

• Mechanically rebuilding 2nd hand machines that were overhauled and commissioned thorough our organization.
• Supporting all facilities with breakdowns / onsite rebuilds and repairs.

From 2011 to 2014 Maintenance Manager ( Alpha)

• Implemented PM's / TPMs
• Ran a department of 22 maintenance staff.
• Turned the department around and increased machine OEE's by over 10%

From 2007 to 2011 Machine overhaul Manager

• I ran the machine overhaul program, we would purchase 2nd hand machines and overhaul them.

In 2005 I started my own company travelling

extensively around the world training people/companies in

PET processing, trouble shooting machines, taking on

projects, rebuilds, upgrades and machine/factory

relocations.

• Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks according to urgency, resource availability, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects.

Mechanical Engineer

Maintaining, servicing and repairing of high speed production lines for the food and beverage industry. At weekends I took responsibility for the department responsible for quality, general running and manning levels. I ended up training every new addition to the PET department and reported directly to the department PET process engineer.
