Awarded the engineer of the year due to turning over a aged hotel that was poorly maintained and looking old . my team and i were able to turn the building around and renew all equipment life renovations of all spaces all under budget due to onsite skill sets matched that of contractors. I gave the award to my team and took the gift card of 5000 and took us all deep sea fishing. A Chief is only as good as the guys he works with and as one we celebrate success and learn from failure.
